Our office is in San Francisco in the Outer Sunset District. It is located on 31st at Taraval. The closest Muni stop is 30th and Taraval.
Hours:
Our office hours are as follows:
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2pm to 7:15 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 12 noon.
Emergency / After hours information:
In case of an emergency, Dr. Swanson can be paged at (415) 566-7134.
Payment Options:
We accept personal checks, debit card, Visa and Mastercard.
Insurance / Managed Care Plans Accepted:
Our practice accepts most insurance plans, and we will file the paper work for you. Our staff will be glad to review your benefits with you before your visit, free of charge.
Of course, we welcome patients who don’t have insurance, and keep our fees quite reasonable so that no one is limited in the care they receive.
