This is one of my favorite times of the year in San Francisco with so many great happenings. Bay to Breaker’s 99th anniversary is on Sunday, May 16, 2010 the longest consecutively run footrace in the world. I will be working on a number of people next week who will be running the race, 7.46 miles is no joke especially Hayes Street Hill. I will be running again this year, join me for a short functional warm up before the race!
More Bay to Breakers information here. If you have any injuries from the race be sure to call your San Francisco Chiropractor. Good Luck!
Thursday May 13th is bike to work day. I’ve been biking to work for quite a while (see photo’s of today’s ride at the top) and there are many benefits, increased energy, weight loss and fabulous views of the city! If you don’t already bike to work it would be a great opportunity to try it out check out the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition’s energizer stations with snacks, coffee and bike tune up’s.
We’ve been using Kinesiotape in the office now for many years. The video below give a nice synopsis, want to try Kinesiotape? Give your San Francisco Chiropractor a call!
